American Museum of Natural History Pink Axolotl Magnet

Here's a really fun souvenir from the American Museum of Natural History's recently opened exhibit: Life at the Limits. It's a pink Axolotl magnet featuring the Museum logo. It measures 2.5 x 3 inches and has a shiny, metallic surface. 

Life at the Limits features many creatures with "superhero" type traits such as the Axolotl. Most amphibians start their lives in water, and grow up to live on land. But axolotls live their whole lives in water. These salamanders don't change the way other amphibians do. They keep traits like their feathery gills and fins that allow them to breathe and swim underwater. You can learn more about Axolotls at the special exhibit which is open until January, 2026.
