Please contact Customer Service at onlinestore@amnh.org or 800-671-7035 before returning any merchandise or requesting a replacement. Our team will provide the next steps and confirm whether the item should be returned.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. For damaged or defective merchandise, Customer Service will issue a prepaid shipping call tag when applicable. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for items returned without prior approval from Customer Service.

When contacting us, please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or replacement.
